MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare annual revenue and trade budget and pragmatically deploy it at the retailer level in alignment with the sales team
  • Ensure achievement of revenue and trade targets by approving or cutting additional trade spend and/or implementing appropriate actions
  • Improve trade investment and promotional efficiency interacting closely with Strategic Pricing, Trade Analytic and Sales team
  • Deliver accurate annual and monthly forecast of revenue (approximately 2.4 B) and trade spend. Analyze monthly and annual variances between actuals and forecast
  • Implementation of ad-hoc SRM (strategic revenue management) projects

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of finance experience and solid budgeting process understanding
  • Willingness to constantly learn, think critically and pragmatically solve problems
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to harmoniously work in a cross-functional team and negotiate solutions while maintaining financial rigor

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in commercial/sales finance
  • CPG/FMCG industry knowledge
  • Solid understanding of syndicated data (Nielsen or IRI)
