The Driver Assistance Functional Integrator is responsible for the implementation of advanced driver assist features. The Engineer is responsible for requirements analysis, DVP&R development and execution, system FMEA's, and all interfaces to the ADAS ECUs. The Engineer will interface with systems group to define vehicle level functional specifications and will work with the selected suppliers to make sure the system meets all customer functional objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Materials /Chemical/ Civil/ Aerospace/Computer) from an ABET accredited university
3 years of engineering experience (electronic component or ECU development)
Full understanding of automotive ECU development process
Strong leadership skills; prepared to lead a supplier team
Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university
Experience managing suppliers and/or engineers
Proficient CANalyzer
Experience managing or developing embedded software
Experience in image processing and low voltage differential signal interface
