Statewide Roadway Design Practice Builder & Group Manager - FloridaWe are looking to hire an experienced Roadway Design Practice Builder & Group Manager to work out of the Benesch Tampa office, lead the statewide roadway design practice in Florida, and take our Florida roadway design practice to the next level. Reporting to the Division Manager, a Group Manager position at Benesch is an outstanding leadership opportunity with great visibility at the state, regional, and national leadership levels, including the potential opportunity for ownership for the right candidate.
This position offers an opportunity to lead an existing group of design professionals, an existing continuing service contract with FDOT District 6, and existing contracts with other FDOT Districts and local agencies throughout Florida. Critical work areas for this position include roadway design, traffic engineering, PD&E, and roadway planning. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Professional Engineer and have significant experience in client development and pursuing, managing, and providing roadway and transportation engineering services for public agencies, including DOTs, counties, and municipalities.
