All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Strength & Conditioning
Operate testing assessments for athletes and coordinate this with Red Bull staff when applicable.
Create and drive training programs for Red Bull athletes and other targeted athletes when relevant and fitting.
Create a system for training program participation and needs for athletes.
Program development
Build in conjunction with other performance expertise the performance programing needed for each individual athlete involved in the APC LA program.
Support athletes and their coaches in identifying what and where the most impactful performance methodologies are lying in their track.
Cultivate precise and targeted projects that will bring impact to the individual athlete as well as Red Bull Performance as a whole.
Build in conjunction with subject matter experts, a top level performance support structure that is clear and outcome oriented for the Red Bull athletes.
Build in conjunction with the other performance staff and external subject matter experts a top level program around the athlete and artists that is cohesive and forward thinking in it's core.
Talent Management & Development
Give sense that there is a strong educational expansion to the position and to the pathway going forward within Red Bull Performance.
Build pathways for this person to create, find and reach strategies for improved performance within the Red Bull Performance framework.
Develop synergies within the team to understand, support and drive targeted outcomes that have positive effect on the Red Bull athletes, artists and other stakeholders within the Red Bull landscape.
