Logistics Analyst - San Diego, CA

Atlas Executive Consulting, LLC (Atlas), has an exciting opportunity for various Logistics Analyst roles, ranging from Junior to Senior level, in San Diego, CA. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals that are motivated self-starters with superior listening, effective communication, and organizational skills to support our customers operations. Individuals will be responsible for the day-to-day management support of cross-functional projects in support of the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) and PEO C4I.

As required by applicable federal law, rule, regulation, and/or mandate or otherwise, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and coordinate the ongoing logistical functions of a firm or organization.
  • Support the PEO C4I Integration Platform Managers (IPMs) and Assistant Program Manager for Logistics (APM-L) in resolving issues related to New Construction ILS products and deliverables
  • Track SCN ILS products and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) to ensure products are delivered in accordance with C4I providers' Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) and New Construction (NEWCON) Checklists
  • Work within the Configuration Data Managers Database - Open Architecture (CDMD-OA)
  • Perform final review and validation of NEWCON ILS Checklists before sending to external stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Knowledge of Ship Construction Navy (SCN) processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of JETDAS, TDMIS, and SAILOR databases

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with developing budgets and operating plans for programs
  • Specialized logistics experience with a Navy acquisition program
  • Logistics experience with Department of Defense (DoD) agencies
