General Supervision: The Contract Specialist performs a variety of routine work using established procedures and instruction on level projects and assignments.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

TheContractSpecialist Intern will work directly withthe Contract Specialist and Director of Compliance, track and support on-going efforts to achieve corporate business diversity goals establishedby the Project Control department. Will serve as a liaison betweenthe Director of Compliance and/or professional servicefirms'staffand the prime contractors.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make use of the technical tools and oversees the tracking of all contracts.

• Provides guidance to staff based on established contracts process.

• Reviews and understands procedures for contract administration.

• Participates as a resource in contract-related trainings.

• Under the direction ofthe Director of Compliance, updates documentation related to contracts for use by staff.

• Reviews all documentation submitted ensuring that all paperwork provided is accurate, resolving issues as they arise.

• Communicates routinely with staff and vendors regarding contract activity.

• Maintains contract-related systems to provide status of agreements and track progress
