Why We Need You:

We are looking for a 6 month undergraduate internship with the ability to hire full time or extend after graduation. Utilimarc is a small and nimble team made up of the most passionate people. We're acting to add a Customer Success - Intern to the mix. You will be responsible for collaborating with Product, Professional Services, and Analytics teams to deliver projects and solutions to existing clients.

Job Duties:

• Bridge the gap between sales and customer support
• Assist with training and onboarding (product training, coordination of application analysts) for new and existing customers
• Assist with data integrations for assigned clients
• Working with marketing and sales help identify new segments of customers to re-engage
• Work closely with clients and Utilimarc team to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions.
• Work with clients to determine business requirements, priorities, and assist in defining key performance indicators (KPI).

Qualifications:

• Working towards a bachelor or technical degree in a related technical field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrable verbal and written communications to maintain effective work and client relationships with all levels of personnel
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Enjoy solving difficult problems and exploring new datasets.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects.
• Familiarity in programming languages is a plus (SQL, R, Python, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and in a group environment.
