The Department of Management, Marketing and Operations at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University seeks adjunct instructors for spring 2023 to teach face-to-face on our Daytona Beach campus.

The faculty member will provide hands-on learning activities that stimulate student involvement and encourage critical thinking in business. Adjunct faculty prepare syllabi and instruction materials, coordinates class sessions and develop assessments of the performance of their students.

Depending on department needs and qualifications, instructors may teach one, or a combination of, the following courses: Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior, Marketing or Strategy.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include a master's degree with at least 18 graduate credits in either management, business, or a related-business discipline. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required. Preferred candidates will hold a Ph.D., M.B.A. or M.S. in management, organizational behavior or a closely related discipline. Previous teaching experience is preferred.
