Union Kitchen is looking for motivated, hardworking people who are passionate about food and building our community to join our Accelerator Team.

As a member of our Accelerator team, you are working with the many incredible entrepreneurs driving our food scene. You will be part of a small team that supports and guides our brands through the four phases of building a successful food business: launch, product market fit, growth, and scale.

The Accelerator Intern supports the Accelerator team in executing our programing, developing our resources, and supporting our brands.

As the Accelerator Intern, you will:

• Support the work of our Accelerator team, including around marketing, inbound, and brand management
• Contribute to our our blog, newsletter, and social media with thoughtful and engaging content
• Learn about food business and the local DC food ecosystem
• Support the deployment of our Accelerator curriculum through our virtual workshops

As part of the Accelerator Team, you are:

• Capable of creating a sense of belonging for our teams and Accelerator Brands
• Passionate about food and building food businesses! Curious about new products and excited about our mission.
• Energized by exceeding expectations and meeting challenging goals. You approach everything with a growth mindset.
