Overview

Canon U.S.A., Inc., seeks a full time Regional Sales Planning Supervisor (Supervisor, Regional Account Management) to join our Irvine, CA Business Information Communications Group. The successful candidate will proactively lead and identify dealer-account transactions to customize support in an ever-changing environment within the Technology Industry. Responsible for leading the execution of client-driven initiatives and ensuring operational excellence to maximize client satisfaction and growth within the wholesale sales channel. Position leads several aspects of dealer-account operations and requires extensive knowledge including, Marketing Program Coordination, System Support, Order Coordination, Contract Coordination, Asset Management, Sales Support, Marketing Support, Product Knowledge, Business Process Improvement and Problem Solving.

This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Mondays and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.

Responsibilities
    Supervise a small team of regional staff members
  • Provide and lead dealer-account operational support
  • Communicate daily with sales, sales support, credit, sales training, service, operational and other internal and external entities.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data through the use of presentations and spreadsheets
  • Perform marketing and online purchasing training.
  • Research and track marketing and sales data
  • Lead troubleshooting of system issues
  • Obtain product knowledge
  • Lead in the areas of business process improvement and problem solving
  • Respond and follow up on inquiries and general requests
Qualifications
  • Requires 5 years of related experience.
  • Bachelors' degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Advanced level of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint required, Power BI is preferred.
  • Prior leadership experience preferred
  • Some regional travel may be required.
  • The ability to lead and present in a group setting is a plus.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and an ability to adapt to change are necessary for this role.
  • Must be analytical with strong attention to detail as well as excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle self paced projects within Work From Home/Office Hybrid environment
