As the Application Support Analyst at ADVENT, you will be the go to team member for technical and functional support of our various software applications.


How You Will Contribute as the Application Support Analyst:

  • Provide technical support for employees experiencing problems related to computer software
  • Develop reports and dashboards
  • Manage and assist with upgrades and enhancements and alert users to changes
  • Provide recommendations to optimize areas of revenue in the EHR
  • Develop knowledge base articles and other training materials customized to ADVENT operations
  • Train users in the use of the software, including the support of onboarding new clinics
  • Test software after changes and upgrades
  • Manage enhancement and bug fix lists, working with vendor to manage and schedule change development
  • Manage and maintain integration between applications
  • Understand how users utilize the software in daily tasks to assist users in maximizing their use of the software

What We're Looking For in the Application Support Analyst:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Application Support or Application Development
  • Experience managing an EMR/EHR application
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing fast paced environment
  • Comfortable working directly with end users, face to face and over the phone
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and consult effectively with employees at all levels
  • Passion to see problems through to completion
  • Basic understanding of root cause analysis
  • PowerBI experience
  • SSIS and SSRS skills
  • SQL development and Server management experience
  • Understand HIPAA guidelines
  • Ability to provide occasional after-hours support

  • This role is eligible for 50% remote work to start. After successful onboarding the position can be fully remote; however, there will be times where travel to the corporate office and other clinics may be required
