The Twin Town Division is a full service, BRC certified, corrugated facility. We manufacture corrugated products from 6-color direct printing with UV coating, high graphic displays, retail ready packaging, and any size single or double wall containers.

Stacker operators set up, run, and clean up the stackers, delivery conveyors, and other equipment.

Following all safety rules and procedures;
• Team work effort and involvement in order to meet all goals;
• Verifying (measuring) sheets to insure that sheet sizes, score and sesame/tear tape locations as per customer specs;
• Doing soak tests and checking other board quality characteristics such as warp, score strength, caliper, bond, line-up;
• Properly identifying sheets with chalk-written order numbers and/or load tags;
• Moving sheets off the stacker conveyors on to the transfer cart and onto the converting or sheet conveyors;
• Identifying and removing nonconforming materials (warp, loose, out-of-line, etc.);
• Communicate any machine problems to supervisor
• Maintaining clean and organized work areas;
• When machine is down, stay at your station and keep area clean, until further instructed by operator or supervisor.
• Complete accurate records; and verify sheet counts, dunnage and unit appearance on all shipping orders.

• The qualifications for stacker operators are the ability to meet the requirements of the job with or without accommodation.
• The ability to read, write, and speak English.
• The ability to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler; the ability to use basic shop math; The ability to learn; and the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of a team.

$18.00 - $25.49 an hour + shift differential
