We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. $24,000 base + bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele

  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Identify, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries, converting leads to agent appointments in a single phone call
Qualifications:
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
  • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or ability to learn systems quickly
  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated, and solution-oriented
