We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious Customer Experience Specialist to manage high-volume shipments from hundreds of locations throughout the US. The role collaborates with various departments to ensure day-to-day shipments are completed in a timely manner. This person must have the ability to thrive under tight deadlines in both self-managed and team environments. Our Coordinator will have excellent written and verbal communications skills, time management, customer service, and organizational skills. Experience routing orders through vendor portals, emails, or phone, and following customer shipping instructions are necessary to be successful in this position.
