Required immediately, our Buffalo Grove Office is seeking a Manufacturing Technician/Assembly to join our team

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience may be acceptable in lieu of associates’ degree.
  • Two (2) to four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience, plus at least two (2) years of departmental experience.
  • Knowledge of electronic troubleshooting equipment including multi-meters, hand tools and mechanical assembly.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
  • Sedentary physical activity requiring reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking and hearing, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Essential Functions:
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications; mechanical CAD software (SolidWorks and AutoCAD).
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
  • Knowledge of hand tools, mechanical assembly, and electronic troubleshooting equipment including multi-meters.
  • Wire inputs and outputs from motor controls and sensors back to the PLC control panel.
  • Create Quality Control, staging, and refurbishing process procedures.
