General Definition of Work:
The Special Education ESY Lead for Secondary or Elementary ESY Programming will provide leadership in supervising and supporting the division's special education ESY in-person program.
This position is available to internal applicants only.
Education and Experience:
Candidates should possess a master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university and be eligible for endorsement as a special education teacher, Administration and Supervision endorsement preferred but not required. Position requires a minimum of five years of experience working with children with disabilities in a school setting. Knowledge and experience using various methodologies with various ages of children and types of disabilities are desired.
DATES AND HOURS OF WORK:
Responsibilities related to the position would begin in June 2022. It is expected that the Special Education ESY Lead Teacher would assist the ESY Coordinator and Specialized Instruction Leadership in implementing the in-person ESY program during Summer 2022.
