Janitors and Cleaners, Except Maids and Housekeeping Cleaners
Job Purpose:
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, wiping walls and glass, and cleaning restrooms.

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, wiping walls and glass, and cleaning restrooms.
Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
- Steam-clean or shampoo carpets.
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
- Blow leaves outside building
- Keep trash cans outside building clean and orderly with no trash falling out.
- No experience necessary (job training)

starting pay 13.28 plus 4.22/hr in health and welfare benefits. This amount completely covers employee's individual health insurance cost.
