As an Equipment Engineer based in Morgan Hill, CA you will have responsibility for all production equipment used for fabricating various electronic circuits in the Anritsu fab. You will work as part of a team of equipment and process engineers to make sure machines and processes used for sputtering, photolithography, plating, wet and dry etching etc are well maintained and able to support the needs of the Fab, with minimal down time.
Candidate will also work with the Fab management to continuously improve the Fab capabilities, by sourcing for and installing new production equipment. Candidate will need to have good communication skills, and be able to work well as part of a team to improve work flows in the fab, and participate in various continuous improvement plans.
