Aon Is Looking For A Health Solutions Consulting Account Executive Senior Vice President - Large Market As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Health Solutions in one of our US offices in a hybrid work environment. The Health Solutions Consulting Account Executive will be a key contributor and leader for large market clients. The role involves the management and growth of ongoing U.S. health and benefits client work. This position will have frequent interactions with the client Human Resource/Benefit Director for the delivery of benefits consulting services and executive level contacts within HR and Finance for broader strategic discussions. Responsibilities include developing and proactively positioning opportunities for Aon's consulting expertise in Health Solutions to be brought forward, leading and owning complex consulting projects, proactive leadership engagement, frequent vendor interface, developing and delivering client strategies, leading external client/prospect meetings and internal resource coordination. All told, the Health Solutions Consulting Account Executive has responsibilities for revenue growth, both with prospects and with existing clients through identification of client needs for additional consulting services. Your Impact As A Health Solutions Consulting Account Executive Senior Vice President - Large Market Job Responsibilities: Grow client and prospect relationships through excellent service and by growing the types of services delivered. Focus primarily on the large market (>5,000 employees) Keep an "Aon United" mindset by working collaboratively across all Aon practices to bring the best of the firm forward for clients, regardless of specialty area Perform sophisticated strategy and design consulting, to include the following: Benefits/Rewards strategy Goal setting Benchmarking Plan design Pricing strategy Bid/selection projects Health plan management Wellbeing Groundbreaking program approaches Results/Outcomes Measurement Provide client leadership focused on broader business objectives Take ownership of outcomes Delegate responsibilities optimally; coach and mentor team members Build relationships with client across multiple levels of their organization Understand clients' business Analyze scoping needs Exhibit leadership in business judgment by anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions Lead/facilitate sophisticated client meetings towards measurable results Form effective teams, share client background and goals, measure results, share ideas, identify process improvements Act as strategic resource for consultants and provide technical mentorship to other team members Represent Aon United within the local market and nationally, as needed You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience: Fifteen plus years Health and Benefits background, preferably with large-market client experience Six plus years of consulting experience Client facing experience at a consulting company, insurance company, brokerage or in the Health and Benefits discipline. Complex project management experience Broad business knowledge/perspective Team-building skills Business development experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization. The salary range for this position is $235,000 to $275,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans. The amount of the incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
