Executes day-to-day functions related to online marketing and branding for the Company. Develops and provides content that will motivate users to regularly access the Company's website(s) and other digital properties and utilize the Company as a major source for healthcare and health insurance information and decision making.
Responsibilities
*Maintains current knowledge of email/sms & web analytics platforms; participates in and develops initiatives to fully utilize the functionality of the platform(s) to improve the visitor experience. Manages assigned platform capabilities such as email/sms sending and marketing automation
*Coordinating with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time
*Develops one-time messages, triggered, and drip email campaigns.
*Works with online tools including website analytics and email marketing system; provides insightful analytics and learnings from all email and cross-channel campaigns to enhance future campaigns.
*Manage sending of and approvals for periodic communications to important constituencies (e.g., brokers, sales team)
*Ensures email/sms content is relevant, correct, and informative; ensures content is properly optimized for all email clients and mobile devices
*Creates, maintains, and analyzes web analytics reports to improve campaign and website performance
*Executes strategy for the Company's online initiatives
*Compiles and reports on data related to online marketing campaigns
*Keeps current on trends in online media
*Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Digital Marketing Specialist I
Education and Experience:
.*Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
*0-1 years' experience in digital marketing which includes exposure to web content and social media management.
Professional Certification(s):
*NA
Required Technical Skills and Knowledge:
*Knowledge of online production management, HTML, email coding standards and web graphics types and standards.
*Intermediate proficiency with website analytics tools and email/SMS marketing platforms.
Preferred Technical Skills and Knowledge:
*Knowledge of the email industry including CAN-SPAM and other applicable laws and industry best practices.
*Demonstrated ability developing complex marketing campaigns on an email or cross-channel campaign management platform

Education and Experience:

*3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or equivalent experience in digital marketing, which includes web content management

Technical Skills and Knowledge:
*Knowledge of online production management, web page design, HTML and web graphics types and standards
*Intermediate proficiency with content management systems (CMS), website analytic tools, email marketing platforms and website monitoring programs
*Ability to manage web content and segment content for consumption by intended group

Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist
Education and Experience:
*Bachelor's degree in computer science, Corporate Media, Interactive Media or similar preferred
*Eight (8) years of user-centered design experience
* years relevant experience in email, digital and/or cross-channel marketing which includes developing, building and executing a strong portfolio of successful email marketing campaigns
*Experience with web analytics tools (ie, Google Analytics, WebTrends) and integration with email and CCCM platform.
*Four (4) years research, design and analysis experience
*Experience with web, mobile and other interactive marketing campaigns
Professional Certification(s):
*Certified Usability Analyst
*Certified Web Developer
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
*Familiarity with email marketing, search engine marketing, social media, pay-per-click campaign management
*Strong knowledge of the email industry including CAN-SPAM and other applicable laws and industry best practices.

*8 years marketing experience with emphasis on development of marketing strategies and multi-channel marketing management, including acquisition, retention and cross-selling, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
*Experience with online and offline channels, including emerging market channels.

*In depth understanding of target audiences, product, marketing channels, and marketplace dynamics.
*Demonstrated ability to effectively develop, manage and execute strategic marketing plans and budgets
