The Industrial AI Trainee Program is a great way to kick off your career. With the 90-day program, you will receive training by working on real industrial AI projects to solve critical problems. Upon completion of the program, there are also opportunities to join teams that develop solutions for 5G, high-performance computing, and advanced manufacturing. Upon completion of the program, there is an opportunity for full-time employment.

Education Requirements, Ideal Experience:
- Recently graduated or currently pursuing a degree in the STEM, communication, or marketing disciplines.
- Strong academic track record (min GPA 3.2)
- Resilience and driven in the face of rapid changes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Internship experience in related areas is strongly preferred.
- Accrue ten (10) personal days off and ten (10) vacation days off during the calendar year.
- 401K savings plan eligibility upon completion of three (3) months of full-time employment.
- Ten (10) paid Holidays.
- Group Health Insurance Plans the first day of the month following the date of hire.
