THE POSITION:

We are seeking a Product Management Intern to help our team during the Summer of 2022. Our business strives on our intuitive, modern, and cutting edge technology that helps investors make better investment decisions, while saving time every day. Our Product Management team has been tasked with driving our product innovation by working with our Sales and Customer Success teams to gather feedback and formulate new ideas to then make these ideas a reality by working closely with our development team.

The Product Management intern will be exposed to all facets of being on the Product Team at YCharts. We want a driven intern that is looking to contribute to our shared Product vision during their 10-week internship with us.

The role will work with all teams across YCharts including engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, accounting, and finance

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Own multiple projects in a cross functional manner including working with our Development, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. This includes taking projects from our roadmap, documenting and communicating product specifications to appropriate team members, QA testing development progress, and feature product releases to the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
• Learn about the basics of Product Management including the importance of the product within a business, how an agile product framework works at YCharts, where customer feedback fits into the picture, how to write different type of documents for different teams, which KPIs matter to a product team, and much more
• Spend time with leaders in the organization to get exposure to how a SaaS product grows alongside a business

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Currently working on a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related
• Interest and curiosity in product management and working in a fast paced Financial Services company
