The Crew Planning Data Entry Temp will be responsible for basic system data entry into AIMS, CASS, etc., which includes but is not limited to, adding new hire profiles, changes to existing employee profiles, updates to CASS, and maintenance of the TSA Master Crew List. This position currenlty requires 15-20 hours per week.
Gateway Updates:
Field address changes from crewmembers and use an existing Google Map to determine correct Gateway Airports
Make updates in AIMS to crewmember Gateway Airports and Crew Categories
New Hire Entry:
Create profiles for upcoming New Hires in AIMS
Assign initial Gateway Airports using an existing Google Map
ARINC database updates:
Make or verify updates in the ARINC database to reflect new leaves of absence, returns from leaves of absence, and crewmember attrition
