The Coordinator, Foundation Events will play an integral role in planning, implementing, and evaluating fundraising projects for the Children's Hospital Foundation and Norton Healthcare Foundation. Primary job duties include coordinating volunteer committees, arranging and executing event details, corresponding with event partners on all levels (volunteers, sponsors, and vendors), coordinating with marketing on event collateral and advertising, and processing/acknowledging event registrations, pledges, and payments. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and interacts with multiple audiences, including current and prospective donors, board members, corporate contacts, and all levels of hospital staff. This position requires multi-tasking and the ability to manage projects. This position will require reliable transportation and flexible hours, including evening and weekend work.
