The Value You Will Add: We are looking for an Associate Project Manager who will provide their subject matter experience to our New Packaging and Product Development team. You will be responsible for managing the cross-functional effort to deliver new products and changes to existing products. Additionally, this will require you to have strong priority setting skills and attention to detail, combined with the ability to interact with cross-functional partners.

The Location: Lindt (USA) is based in Stratham, NH. Our employees live and work just minutes from local beaches, skip over to Massachusetts or Maine for weekend outings, and enjoy hundreds of restaurants, boutiques, theaters and breweries in neighboring Portsmouth, NH.


The Skills That Will Make You Successful in This Role:

Required, but not limited to:

  • 2-5 years managing multiple new product development projects in FMCPG industry with varying timelines
  • Cross-functional team management, demonstrating ability to collaborate with others to drive results.
  • New product development, commercialization, brand management or supply chain management experience in CPG industry.
  • Experience with multi-channel business in a fast-moving CPG environment.
  • Ability to present project updates to Senior Management.
  • BS, Business, Engineering or other relevant discipline
  • Formal project management training and/or education

Preferred/Other:

  • Understands and displays sound task-dependent management skills such as effective decision-making, team development, and issue and conflict resolution
  • Master's degree or MBA
