Essential Responsibilities:
Assist with processing endorsement requests, cancellations and claims according to company procedures
Quote and print finance agreements and process them according to office procedures
Take insured clients' requests for certificates, print certificates and mail or fax as needed
Assist in keeping client and policy information in Vision up to date according to office procedures
Assist in billing transactions
Prepare proposals
Attend office meetings as necessary
Assist account managers and producers as needed
Handle other duties as assigned
Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
Minimum Required Skills and Competencies:
Attention to detail
Rising sophomore or above currently enrolled in a 4 year university
Strong telephone skills
Cheerful personality
Dependability and punctuality
Word processing skills
6 months or more of customer service experience
Desired Skills and Competencies:
Prior experience working with insurance software, preferably Applied
Prior experience or training in Excel
Desire to obtain P & C license
