*ARCHITECTURE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED*

Description:

• The Architect will work in a collaborative office environment on all phases of core and shell projects to include programming, schematic design, production of construction documents using Revit Architecture and working with the owner and contractors through Construction Administration.
• This position is for a more junior experienced person who will primarily be in a production setting to support the detail of getting construction documents out the door quickly.
• Breakdown:
  • 10% Internal coordination meetings
  • 60% Design and Production In Office
  • 30% Construction Administration and Client Interface

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

1. 2-5 years of experience as an architect on commercial buildings (not single family residential)
2. Proficient in Revit Architecture- 1+year of professional experience using Revit to produce Construction Documents
