Organizational Development Specialist

This Organizational Development Specialist will be responsible for supporting performance management, high potential development programming, and other learning and development projects to support organizational needs throughout all regional offices. This new position is a full-time position with Consigli and is being added due to growth. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Leadership and Organizational Development.

  • Performing 360 assessments and conducting related debriefing sessions
  • Supporting the creation of individual development plans
  • Collaborating with managers to ensure effective performance management conversations
  • Implementing leadership development programs for high potential employees and tracking progress
  • Managing technology platforms related to organizational development initiatives
  • Evaluating program effectiveness and continuously improving our solutions
  • Designing and developing learning and development programs from inception through evaluation
  • Collaborating with external vendors to enhance programmatic offerings
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Balancing strong attention to detail and speed to produce high-quality work
  • Proven skills in working as a member of a team as well as independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Required Experience

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, or a related field
