Job Description
The ideal time frame for us to start a conversation and consider you for a Skillbridge opportunity is within 3 months of your availability to start. If this time frame is later, we recommend that you reach back out as your availability date becomes closer. We try and match you with current or upcoming roles that can be transitioned into full-time opportunities, and typically we are unaware of projected hiring needs beyond 3 months.
If you have not already done so, please complete the Skillbridge survey which takes approximately 5-7 minutes, as this information helps us determine some of your background, skill sets, and geographic interest. Within one week of completing the survey (and within your 3 month availability), you should receive a follow-up email communication to schedule a 15-30 minute call via Calendly to review some basic information about your current experiences and future interests. We also ask at the time of scheduling the call for you to share your resume. This helps us share your information with potential hiring managers.
