A. Assists in ensuring an attractive and convenient layout of sales floor. Assists in rotation of materials, visual merchandising, cleanliness and organization of sales floor.

B. Represents Goodwill in a positive manner by providing excellent customer service at all times to external and internal customers.

C. Assists in maintaining sufficient inventory of materials to meet store production and sales goals. To include but not be limited to; production reports, transportation communications, and processes.

D. Assists in ensuring that all paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner to include opening/closing procedures, balancing cash drawers, and bank deposits when needed.

E. Assists with supporting the staff, enforcing and communicating Goodwill policies and procedures in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.

F. Assists with ensuring compliance with all asset protection policies and procedures. Reports problems and concerns to the Store Manager and/or Regional District Director in the absence of the Store Manager.

G. Performs all duties in a safe manner and ensures that store staff adhere to all safety guidelines; which includes completion of accident reports as needed.

H. Supports and promotes organizational programs and special events as required.

I. Communicates progress, concerns, and problems to Store Manager.
