SUMMARY: Greet guests, schedule appointments, process payments and maintain Spa reception area. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
?Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate areas
?Notify staff when their appointments arrive
?Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments and answer questions regarding the property
?Promote services offered and retail products
?Process cash, credit / debit card and comp transactions for services and retail products
?Clean and maintain reception and retail areas
?Perform general clerical duties such as maintain files and process mail
?Assist staff when busy
?Receive, price and put retail items on display
KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge and Certification
Required:
?1- year previous experience in an office setting preferably in a Spa / Salon setting
Preferred:
?1- year scheduling experience
Skills
Required:
?Accurate and detail-oriented
?Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
?Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
?Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
?Proven to accurately type 45-50 wpm

Required:
?Ability to work fast and efficiently
?Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene
?Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
?Ability to enthusiastically and professionally sell spa products and services
?Ability to speak in a clear, concise and pleasant voice
?Ability to answer a multi-line phone system in a professional and courteous manner
