Begin a new career with C&B Operations! C&B Operations, is an industry leading John Deere dealer that has continued to grow for over 30 years. We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals that have a strong desire to train to become a certified John Deere diesel technician. C&B offers competitive pay, benefits, uniforms and tool allowances to new employees.

Selected applicants will receive full-time training and experience at a one of our 7 Montana locations. The apprenticeship program is a 2 year training program that requires both on-the-job and online training to become a certified John Deere diesel technician. Basic qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a strong desire to become a diesel technician, availability to work full time and a great work ethic. Preferred qualifications include a mechanical background, experience in the agricultural industry and working on John Deere products.

This is a contracted training program in collaboration with the State of Montana.
