PURPOSE: Provide audio and visual support prior to and during all events at Mall of America. Provide audio support to the park.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Audio setup and operation to include: mixing boards, speakers (passive & active), processors, running of cables

• Video setup and operation to include: video switchers, video walls, live camera feeds, LCD projectors, running of cables
• Lighting setup and operation to include: lighting consoles, light fixtures (conventional & intelligent), running of cables
• Set up and operation of atmospheric and special effects
• Provide A/V support for clients and event staff.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

• Inventory Control
• General cleaning and maintenance of equipment
• Performs other duties as assigned

PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

• Must be 18 years of age
• High School diploma required, some college preferred
• Experience in running live sound for bands and theater including
• Multi-channel setups
• Mixing multiple consoles
• Trouble shooting/repair of A/V equipment
• Experience in live video operation
• Lighting experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Operation of 70V audio systems
