Boucher Cadillac of Waukesha is seeking multiple experienced sales professionals to join their Sales Team. We are looking for candidates that are eager to learn, be trained, and follow a successful proven automotive sales process!

We will even train those with no prior automotive experience!

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Utilizing strong customer service skills including rapport building

• Understanding of characteristics, capabilities, and features of vehicles

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Prior automotive sales experience preferred
