Description

Position Goals:
Ensure quality information is provided to credit and provide support to credit analysts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate communication and work flow between Relationship Manager, Credit Analyst and Commercial Administrator.
a. Ensure all commercial loan requests submitted meet the standard requirements for entity verification and financial support as defined in the bank's policies/processes.
b. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
c. Ensure service request is complete/accurate prior to forwarding to a Credit Analyst.
d. Ensure bids for appraisals are completed and appraisers engaged within service level standards.
2. Serve as Regional Loan Committee Secretary.
a. Coordinate, monitor, and manage Loan Committee agendas and meeting packets.
b. Coordinate and manage action items and/or decisions from Regional Loan Committee meetings.
c. Coordinate and manager approvals.
3. Serve as Regional SAM Committee Secretary.
a. Coordinate, monitor, and manage SAM Committee agendas and meeting packets.
b. Coordinate and manage action items and/or decisions from SAM Committee meetings.
c. Coordinate maintenance for all special assets loans.
4. Portfolio Monitoring
a. Complete monitoring tasks as needed which may include, but not limited to borrowing base tests, brokerage statement tests, appraisal reviews, SAM data reports, and other data integrity reports.

Position Requirements:
Education - High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Experience - One (1) year of banking experience.
Other - None

Preferred Requirements:
Associate degree in business, accounting or finance.
