Job/Internship Description
Circa is seeking a Sales Development Intern who is interested in learning about the sales process within a dynamic, growing technology organization! In this internship, you will support the creation and polishing of new prospect leads using various tools and systems. About You

You are a high energy, detail-oriented, and organized person with an interest in sales, and are ready to become a member of a dynamic team committed to making a difference!

You have a degree in progress towards Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or are enrolled in a sales skills development program.

About the Position

You will be responsible for projects involving data organization, cleanup, and validation within various systems, including CRMs, internal systems, and excel.

Our Sales Team:
  • We are a growth minded organization with a focus on hunting new business
  • We operate at a high velocity - focused on the intangible business impacts of our solutions (vs features and functions)
  • Our team members are empowered, entrepreneurial, and autonomous
  • We leverage Challenger methodologies for success
  • We use Salesforce CRM
Day in the Life
  • Most days will involve:
    • Ensuring high data quality through data cleanup, merging of duplicate accounts, and validation of data in our CRM
    • Building out accounts and contacts in Salesforce
    • Working to aggregate reporting for the sales organization related to pipeline
    • Searching for and adding additional data into the database to help fill in critical data to activate incomplete prospects in our database
  • Weekly activities may include:
    • Any additional support that the Sales Development team may need
