Job Description

The Marketing Partner on the Industry Relations team is responsible for managing and executing innovative engagement across various healthcare industry associations to elevate the Cerner brand and drive engagement. In this role is you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies and tactics utilizing the annual marketing plan for each respective association to influence business outcomes, create client value, and share Cerner's innovation and key messaging.

The Marketing Partner will drive efficiency through association management and data analysis to deliver business insight and event strategies. Additionally, you will build and expand relationships with Cerner executives, associates and our industry partner associations. You will have assigned associations to managed day in and day out to find new ways to maintain and build our brand presence and thought leadership within each association. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 6 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
    • At least 1 year of marketing work experience
    • At least 5 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the job including:
      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration; or related field; or equivalent, relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of marketing strategy work experience
  • Experience with JIRA, Base Camp or other marketing automation tools
Expectations
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
