We seek a dedicated individual who will operate overhead crane controls to stage, rotate stock and feed materials to conveyor for burning. This individual will oversee storage conditions, levels, lighting, door openings and proper operation of the crane. Managing levels and height of material piles as well as inspecting cranes for defective parts and notifying supervisor of defects or malfunctions is essential. Assisting other plant operators is necessary as well as supporting plant operations. Keeping crane cabs neat and orderly is a requirement, as well as performing operational preventive maintenance and general housekeeping daily. This job also entails completing PM sheets and work orders as required.

To be considered for this position the individual must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years related experience and/or training in similar situation. Mechanical competency. Internal candidates must have completed qualification standards for prior position in company's line of progression.
