Act as partner, consultant, and advisor to the executive team, hiring managers, human resource business partners in understanding their requirements
Develops and implements talent acquisition strategies and tactics as necessary to meet the organizational strategic, operational requirements in a highly competitive market, and increase the diversity pool
Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
Leverage all aspects of sourcing active and passive candidates including the job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, cold calling, professional associations, and networking events and manage applicant flow
Drive the sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process
Ensure an impressive candidate experience through communication & timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format
Understanding of non-immigration and immigration petition while working directly with HR, the Immigration Attorney, and employees/external candidates
Develops and maintains contacts with educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms, and other sources of applicants.
Aggressively develops professional networks and maintains a network of industry contacts, establishing talent pipelines
Grow and maintain employer branding strategies in collaboration with the Marketing team
Review, recommend and refine internal processes to align globally and achieve efficiencies
Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of trends, affirmative action, and recruiting campaigns
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required
3-5 years of experience in a corporate recruiting role
Proven success delivering recruiting results in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-growth, and demanding environment
Direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and approaches social media savviness
Exposure to AAP/EEOC requirements
Global Recruitment experience is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
Demonstrated, excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-starter with a positive outlook and motivated attitude
Strong customer management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates & hiring managers
Team-oriented with the ability to partner with and build upon the strengths of others to meet overall team goals
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to think outside the box
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required with strong interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed
