Software Sales Development Representative - Full-time - US Location

Join our team of specialized sales professionals. Bring your intelligence, high energy, and helpfulness to our empowered buyers, expanding our industry footprint.

  • Making outbound lead follow-up calls by telephone and email to potential prospects
  • Identifying qualified sales leads,
  • Introducing products to new prospects
  • Developing and maintaining sound relationship with prospects.

Position Summary

You will develop a clear understanding of the business operating environments and requirements of prospective customers. You will identify customer success criteria to identify and qualify sales leads while developing and maintaining sound relationships with clients. You will work both independently and as part of a team.

Actively prospect by using exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence sales. Be self-motivated, organized, and engaged.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation or related inside selling experience required.
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships required.
  • Demonstrated ability and track record of achieving goals, objectives, and targets.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and online research tools.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, ZoomInfo or similar business applications is desirable.
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Must possess a strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of enterprise production printing and ECM technologies a plus.
  • Knowledge, familiarity, and experience with Customer Communication Management (CCM) tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced and highly competitive environment.
  • Self starter with proven experience managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, written and oral, with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage time.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently with tenacity and determination.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify high-quality sales leads for CrawfordTech solutions, products, and services.
  • Conduct outbound telephone and email communication to perform lead prospecting and generation.
  • Follow up on leads and proactively conduct research to identify potential prospects and related account contact information in CrawfordTech's target markets.
  • Uncover customer and prospect interest to develop into solid sales opportunities.
  • Initiate outbound calls daily to support lead generation.
  • Identify key buying influencers within these prospects.
  • Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
  • Qualify leads and opportunities through discovery and transition them to appropriate sales reps.
  • Utilize salesforce.com to manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all information is accurate.
  • Learn and use state-of-the-art tools for finding, researching, and communicating with prospects.
  • Keep current with industry and product knowledge.
