We are a privately-held independent metal fabrication company that produces components used in a wide range of industries. Our goal is to provide products and services that meet our customers’ needs in a timely fashion with the highest level of quality and value.
Our capabilities are constantly expanding and currently include metal stamping, laser cutting, brake forming, tubular stamped components, CNC and Swiss machined parts, wire forms, thread rolling, weldments, and integrated assemblies. Our modern facility includes a complete in-house tool and die department and fastener distributorship.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Sales and Marketing Manager directs the company’s salesforce, manages marketing initiatives and oversees the relationship of the company with its most important customers. He/she will be responsible for (i) managing, mentoring and training the salesforce; (iii) developing a comprehensive marketing strategy and (iii) obtaining and maintaining long term key customers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of sales management and marketing experience, be adept at building strong relationships with key customers and have experience the metal fabrication and/or manufacturing sector.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Manage, train and mentor field salesforce
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and internal teams
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
- 3+ years of management experience
- Proven experience as a sales manager
- Experience in metal fabrication and/or manufacturing
- Understanding of marketing initiatives and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Willingness to travel
