Contract/Freelance Project Description
We are  growing and looking to add two 1099 Inside Sales Representatives

The Inside Sales Representative for Parts & Battery is responsible for selling the Company’s products to new and existing domestic customers, while providing outstanding customer service and keeping customers informed about existing product value, pricing and comparability, as well as new products.  The individual will be responsible for meeting and exceeding individual sales quotas and territory growth goals.  This position is paid based strictly on commissions.  
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manages all aspects of the sales territory, including regular email contact, sales, service, quoting and prospecting to achieve and exceed sales and territory growth goals.  Ensures effective use of all selling tools, technology, systems, and reporting. 
  • Maintains continuous customer contacts to develop long-term relationships with individual customers and understanding of their on-going needs.
  • Develops and maintains in-depth product knowledge, promotes new product launches and establishes customer trials & evaluations.
  • Gathers pertinent market intelligence to assist in developing customer strategies to maximize domestic market penetration and provide management with market feedback, competitive activity/pricing, new competitive products, market trends, etc. 
  • Coordinates with internal departments to respond quickly to customer needs, requests and problems.  Elevates all customer dissatisfiers to management and coordinates corrective steps to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Tracks and documents all customer contact, outreach, tasks, quotes and critical details within the CRM.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasion and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with computers and relevant software applications, to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PPT).
  • Previous working knowledge of sales principles and practices
  • Previous working knowledge of negotiation techniques and practices, to negotiate sales terms and conditions favorable to the organization.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages and volumes.
  • Effective time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work within a self-directed environment and to successfully multi-task. Demonstrated high attention to detail.
  • Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change in a positive manner.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Experience in medical sales or healthcare sales, specifically in the digital imaging space, is preferred.
  • Previous CRM experience is preferable.
  • Familiarity with federal quality regulations is desired
