Overview

Primarily responsible for developing and analyzing Expense Management and Company Corporate Credit Card data to provide value-added reports and analytical solutions to support compliance and business objectives. This includes defining, designing, developing and analyzing reports and dashboards for all user groups including executives. This position requires familiarity with expense reporting transactional and database system concepts, using complex logic and software to develop reporting solutions and the ability to work with business users across the organization to meet their needs. This position will support the administration of the SAP Concur Expense Management System and Company Corporate Card Program for all Atlas Air Worldwide Companies globally. Support and maintain the day to day activities of the travel expense functions, including help desk, travel reimbursement, expense reporting, audit, corporate cards and travel policy compliance for all entities in all locations

Responsibilities
    Lead, develop and report on business analytical solutions using SAP Concur
  • Leverage various data technologies such as Cognos and Tableau to provide statistical analysis and dashboards of expense reports and corporate credit card spend, analyzing trends and policy exceptions
  • Collaborate with Divisional Controllers, Flight Operations Chief Pilots, Vice Presidents & Corporate Tax to understand business needs and reporting requirements
  • Administration of the company corporate credit cards program and expense management application which includes users setup, approval hierarchy, workflow, interface management, data validation, review of user recertification and investigation of application issues
  • Research and troubleshoot exceptions related to the expense management system and the corporate card process
  • Management of the corporate credit card file and imputed income file generation and distribution process
  • Support audits both internal and external, providing required audit evidence and necessary research
  • Develop and/or assess internal controls and risks to update corporate policies, procedures and training manuals for expense reporting and corporate credit cards
  • Provide user training on Concur and corporate credit cards and address inquiries regarding corporate cards and expense reporting
  • Assist with audit of employee expense reports for compliance with Ground Staff and Flight Operations Travel Policy
  • Identify, capture and communicate exceptions to policy to management
  • Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and employees when credit card issues arise
  • Focus on continuous improvement of tools, reporting and compliance
  • Lead and execute strategic and tactical project as needed
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required - Concentration in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 3-5 years Accounting/Finance/ experience
  • Experience supporting an Expense Management system required
  • Experience developing reports using software such as Cognos, Business Objects or Tableau
  • SAP Concur, JD Edwards software experience preferred
  • CITI Card platform experience a plus preferred
  • Must be able to work overtime as required

Salary Range: $66,600 - $89,900

Financial offer within the stated range is contingent on the qualification of selected candidates
