Position Profile:

As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all shipping, receiving and warehouse operational functions for the Branch.

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for directing and supervising the daily activities of up to 3 warehouse associates.
• Responsible for addressing employee's performance and behaviors as necessary.
• Must be able to multi-task and meet all customer required deadlines.
• Must be able to identify potential problems and develop quick solutions.

Requirements:

• 2 years of supervisory and warehouse experience is preferred.
• Must be a fast-paced and goal oriented individual
• Good interpersonal, communication, customer service, and time management skills required
