The responsibilities will primarily relate to drafting and globally prosecuting patents, portfolio strategy, and supporting patent opinions and related analysis (patentability, infringement, validity, freedom to operate). n nWithin this practice, you will be exposed to a diverse array of electrical and computer related applications (industrial control systems, consumer electronics, biomedical devices and instrumentations, analog and digital circuits, RF, WiFi, wireless telecommunications, network protocols, IEEE standards, network security and protocols, artificial intelligence (AI), web and cloud services, etc.). n nThis practice consistently attracts high profile clients and sophisticated, complex IP work. Your client and portfolio assignments will be dependent upon your technical expertise and experience.
