Accounting Clerk Peachtree / Sage - 37566

In this position, the successful candidate will be extremely detail oriented and will concentrate on accounts receivable, accounts payable, journal entries and financial reporting as well as learning new skills.

Located along I-94 in Sturtevant, WI, this position is an easy drive from the Milwaukee area and North Chicago suburbs.

Location: Sturtevant, WI

90 Day Contract to hire preferred, but will hire direct for right candidate

Start: ASAP

Hours - 8am to 4:30pm Mon-Fri

• Coordinate the preparation of financial statements and distribute monthly financial reporting to corporate international offices.
• Provide primary Accounts Receivable and Inventory functions and communicate with clients.
• Perform Accounts Payable along with collections functions.
• Reporting in Excel - provide information from all corporate entities in a specific requirement Ability to create Excel formulas, v-lookups and pivot tables.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts and perform online banking transactions such as vendor ACH payments and check deposits.
• Assist with the coordination of the annual tax returns and audit reporting requirements.
• Possess knowledge and ability to use Sage 50 or SAP financial system.
