PACCAR is seeking a talented Summer Intern to join our driven team of Human Resource professionals. In this role, you will learn first-hand what it takes to work in a fast-paced Corporate environment in order to hire top talent.

• Support the HR team in new and ongoing projects that relate to HR's strategic goals and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews, and tracking and monitoring applicant status in the recruiting system
• Collect, validate, and enter personnel information into the HR system
• Audit employee files for completeness
• Support other duties as assigned
• Continuously improve our existing processes

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience providing administrative support
• Interest in data analytics or knowledge is a plus

• Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduation program, preferably graduating in2021
