SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for corporate building reception as well as providing day to day support to our HR department.The position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED; at least intermediate office skills including Microsoft products; experience with multi-line phones and public contact is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must possess ability to read, analyze, interpret and organize general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Must be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals in a professional manner. Must have ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
