Benefits and incentives

New hires are eligible for benefits and 401(k) within their first month of hire. Starting pay is $16.48. Shift differential of $0.90. After 90 days pay per hour increases to $16.74 per hour. We are also offering a sign on bonus of $300 to be paid out after 6 months and $300 to be paid out after 9 months (attendance and probationary policies apply).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Feed product down to the packaging lines, ensuring that production lines are continuously running
• Communicate with the packaging lines down stairs when the product changeover will take place
• Keep monitor area neat, clean and organized
• Working with other members of the team to ensure that all products are available
• Paperwork and quality verifications
• Must follow all GMP and safety practices
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Prior experience in food manufacturing preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required
• 2nd shift hours are 2pm-10:30pm Monday through Friday. Must be able to work weekends and overtime
