Job Qualifications: | |||||||||||||
High school diploma plus four years experience with two years of supervisory experience; or for internal applicants, two years supervisory experience job specification may be waived if the internal applicant has either: Successfully completed the 9 month MMIT program or successfully completed the HR module of the MIT program. Retail environment preferred. POS experience preferred. Must possess excellent inter-personal and communication skills. Must have valid PA drivers license and reliable transportation. Flexible work schedule to include evenings and weekends. Physical and Essential Basic Requirements Ability to speak, hear, read, and write and have basic business math skills. Ability to use business equipment such as phone, cash register, fax, charge machines, computer and basic working knowledge of Windows programs and email. Ability to stand most of the day. Ability to stoop, bend, crawl and climb. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently. Must complete and successfully pass State background check, Child Abuse Clearance and FBI Clearance. |
